By submitting this form and/or sharing content with the Tyler Kinch team, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Rights & Usage

You grant Tyler Kinch, Barry Music Entertainment, and affiliated teams the irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, edit, remix, publish, and distribute submitted content (videos, photos, or messages) in any format, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.

2. Ownership

You confirm that you own the rights to all content submitted and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. You agree not to submit content you don’t have full permission to share.

3. Credit

We may credit or tag your social handle when content is used. While we try to give credit when possible, it is not guaranteed.

4. No Compensation

You understand you are not entitled to any compensation, royalties, or payment for submitted content. Contest entries may receive free merchandise or meet & greet opportunities if selected.

5. Consent to Publicity

You consent to the use of your name, likeness, and submitted content in public-facing promotions and waive any right to inspect or approve the final content.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. You agree to resolve any disputes through local Arkansas courts.
